We work alongside franchisees, taking care of client acquisition and project development in their area, in a synergy where each party brings its own value. While we manage the client relationship and commercial development, and provide the technical support, structural calculation and supply of the self-supporting walls (precast Structural Concrete modules), franchisees manage the entire build, in a fully integrated system, keeping their own identity while being part of the “Concreta Network”. This model delivers a more solid, coordinated service, keeping a high level of control over construction without losing closeness in client management. At the same time, it enables much faster construction than traditional methods (around 60% less time), generating additional gains through more builds / clients and less labour.
